“Hi, I'm Sue! Mom to three, grandma to Jackson, disciple of Jesus, Mini Cooper fan, leadership coach, runner, sourdough junkie. I started baking sourdough bread in 2020 and enjoyed the creative process enough to keep trying even when I failed. After lots of trial and error I was able to transform flour, water, and salt from a goopy mess into a beautiful loaf of bread. I found the process surprisingly satisfying, and as my skill improved I began to share my bread with friends and neighbors. Before long I was receiving requests, and as demand increased, Sourdough by Sue was born. I love making new friends as I share my delicious creations.
