Baking for my family and now my little community brings me so much joy! Lelia Loves Sourdough is a small, in-home sourdough micro bakery rooted in the belief that bread should be nourishing, simple, and made with intention. What started as a personal journey to find bread that was easier to digest for my own family quickly became a deep passion for long-fermented sourdough made with clean, honest ingredients. Every loaf and baked good is made by hand using organic, unbleached flour, sea salt, filtered water, and time. All of my loaves also have 12% fresh milled organic spelt added as well to help give you those essential nutrients and rich flavor that you just can’t get anywhere else. All of my doughs (even my cookie doughs!) are long-fermented to develop flavor, improve digestibility, and honor traditional bread-making methods. There are no preservatives, shortcuts, or unnecessary ingredients—just real food, baked with care. My goal is simple: to bring thoughtfully made sourdough back into the community and to help change what bread means for families—one loaf at a time.”
