Homeward Bread

Homeward Bread started in my home kitchen with a sourdough starter named Hope, a love for baking, and a simple goal: helping pay for my daughter’s dance expenses. What began as a few loaves for friends has grown into a little home bakery that I’ve fallen in love with! I bake small batches of naturally leavened sourdough in Collinsville, Oklahoma, offering Classic Sourdough, rotating specialty loaves, and homemade sourdough scones. There have been late nights, lots of experimenting, sold-out days, and even a few “oopsie” loaves along the way! Most of all, I love how something as simple as bread brings people together.
