I’m a husband, a proud dad to two amazing boys, and someone who believes the best things in life take a little patience — whether that’s raising kids, building community, or fermenting the perfect loaf of sourdough. What started as a love for baking in my home kitchen turned into something bigger: sharing bread with neighbors, supporting local events, and donating loaves to schools and families across the Lehigh Valley. There’s just something special about breaking bread with people. Every loaf I bake is made with simple ingredients, natural fermentation, and a lot of heart. My goal isn’t just to make great bread — it’s to bring people together around it. From my oven to your table, I’m grateful you’re here. Capabilities & Pricing Sourdough loaves range from $12 for traditional and up to $15 with inclusions. Focaccia range from $12-$15 with fresh and ingredients. All cracker types are $10.”
