“Like a lot of people, I started making sourdough during Covid, then last year I decided to turn my hobby into a micro bakery. I took the necessary steps to obtain my NJ Cottage Food Operator permit, and have been selling at farmers markets, pop ups in stores, breweries, coffee shops, various vendor events as well as online for porch pickup at my home in TR. I offer home baked sourdough bread and sourdough baked goods, homemade granola, jams and nut mixes. I use unbleached organic flour in all of my breads and baked goods, as well as organic oats in the granola. Organic fruits are used as often as possible for the jams, and organic dried fruits for the breads and scones.”
