“Hello 👋🏻 I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chanhmany. I live in Lodi,Ca with my little family. I’m a new mom to a beautiful baby boy and while on maternity leave I’ve picked up a new craft; artisan bread mainly sourdough. I’ve always wanted to learn how to bake my own sourdough but was very intimidated, a good friend helped me get over my fear and was kind enough to share her sourdough starter with me. Since I’ve gotten my hands on it I’ve never stopped baking. Although, I’m not unfamiliar to food service; Ive worked in the food industry for over 15 years and have restaurant management experience for 10 years. I’m proud to say the years of experience I’ve gained have helped my confidence to creating my micro bakery. I created my micro bakery in hopes to bring in some funds.
