“Meet Teresa, the Baker behind Two Roses Artisan Bakery. What began as a home kitchen experiment grew into a microbakery committed to organic, unbleached flour, long fermentation, and old-world techniques that honor both flavor and health. She's been married to an amazing man for 12 years, with two sweet kids who are her biggest taste-testers and the reason she cares so deeply about using clean, organic ingredients in every loaf. In 2022, after the birth of her second daughter, her diagnosis with an autoimmune disease changed her lifestyle significantly. She turned to running and a clean diet, eventually discovering that the natural fermentation of sourdough makes it much easier to digest for those with gluten sensitivities. This knowledge launched her into a dedicated sourdough journey, spent perfecting a craft that bridges the gap between tradition and health. Along with running, sourdough has become a profound passion for Teresa. She deeply believes that God has sent her down this path and is so thrilled to be able to share her handcrafted creations with the Olathe community.”
