“Hi, I’m Shayna, the baker behind Shay Dough! I’ve always loved creative expression through art, and in September, I found a new canvas through sourdough. What started as a hobby quickly rose into something more, and by February, I began sharing my loaves with the community. Shay Dough is named after me and my Great Dane, Dorothy (a.k.a. Dodo), who’s always by my side in the kitchen. Every loaf is a little piece of art—and a whole lot of love. I can't wait for you to try some!”
