“Hi, I’m Franzeska, the baker, mom, and one-woman dough-slinging show behind Pinehurst Sourdough in Rockport, Maine. I started baking because I wanted food I could actually trust: real bread with ingredients I could count on one hand. That turned into a mission to offer other families the same peace of mind.
