“Hi, I'm Patty, the baker behind Patty's Baking Adventure! Based in Bakersfield, I balance a full-time career with my passion for artisan baking. What started as a love for sourdough has grown into a microbakery dedicated to creating handcrafted breads and baked goods in small batches. Every loaf, bagel, and pastry is carefully made using traditional sourdough fermentation and quality organic ingredients whenever possible. From classic sourdough loaves to seasonal specialties and Filipino-inspired favorites, my goal is to create baked goods that bring people together around the table.
