“Neighborhood Sourdough began as a sweet little hobby shared between three sisters and their mama, who taught them the art of baking (with a little help from her legendary starter, Sassy). What started at the kitchen counter has grown into a true family effort. These days, our whole crew joins in — the sisters pitch in when school’s out, and Dad rolls up his sleeves on Fridays and Saturdays to help bake, wrap, and pack up each order. Together, we now bake 150–200 loaves every Saturday, often selling out by midafternoon! Even as we’ve grown, our heart hasn’t changed. Every loaf, cookie, and roll is still made from scratch, by hand, and always Baked with Love. Sassy, our 20-year-old wild starter, continues to bring that same one-of-a-kind flavor and family history to every bite. Neighborhood Sourdough has become more than a bakery — it’s a family tradition and a way to share warmth, connection, and homemade goodness with our community, one loaf at a time.”
