“Welcome to MISS ELLIE BAKEHOUSE — my cozy little microbakery in Lakeside, CA. I bake small-batch sourdough and sweet treats using wholesome, quality ingredients. This bakehouse is inspired by my great-grandfather’s original Watkins Bakery, which first opened its doors on Maine Street in 1947. I’m proud to carry on the legacy and bring homemade goodness back to the heart of our community.”
