“I'm Mickayla, the hands behind Mindfully Made- a tiny San Diego bakery built on love, real ingredients and the joy of feeding people well. I felt a calling from the Lord to start this journey and have been blessed to meet my community this way! Everything here is small-batch, long-fermented, and made with a lot of love and faith. From crusty sourdough loaves to sea salt cookies and scones that sell out fast, I bake with care you can taste. This isn't mass-made. This is Mindfully Made.”
