My Story
I’m Mackenzie, the cake artist behind Mackenzie Rose Bakes! After a few years in corporate America, I made the leap to pursue what I’d always loved most: creating beautiful cakes that make celebrations unforgettable. I trained in pastry at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where I’m based. I love bold colors, intricate designs, and delicious flavors. Every cake is made from scratch with premium ingredients and designed around your vision, whether that’s a romantic tiered centerpiece with fresh florals or a classic cake with delicate vintage-style piping. Cakes are personal, and I treat each one as a one-of-a-kind piece made just for you!
