“Lost Coast Bread Company is a home-based micro-bakery located in Shelter Cove, California. I’m Liana, and I bake naturally leavened, long-fermented sourdough bread in small batches, using organic, non-GMO bread flour from Central Milling and simple, seasonal ingredients whenever available. Every loaf is slowly fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, with no added yeast, preservatives, dough conditioners, or chemicals — just flour, water, salt, and time. You can find my bread at the Shelter Cove Farmers Market (Tuesdays 11–3) and the Garberville Farmers Market (Fridays 11–3). Preorders are available weekly if you want to reserve your loaf ahead of time. This is a licensed Cottage Food Operation, and every bake is done by hand in a small coastal kitchen on California’s Lost Coast.”
