Everything we bake begins with patience especially our sourdough bread, which is naturally leavened, long fermented, and shaped by hand. We allow time to do its work because flavor, texture, and nourishment can't be rushed. We focus on small batches, so every loaf, cookie and treat receives our full attention from crackling sourdough crust to soft comforting cookies. Each bake is guided by intention, simple ingredients, careful technique and respect for the process. Nothing is mass-produced and nothing is hurried. Slow food is the heart of what we do.”
