“Hi, I'm Jenna - owner of a small-batch Sourdough Micro-bakery built on passion, purpose and years of culinary experience. After graduating from Keiser University with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2011 and spending over two decades in the restaurant industry, I found true joy in the art of sourdough baking. My kitchen is my place of peace, where love for my family, faith in Jesus and a deep appreciation for handcrafted bread come together. Every loaf is made with intention, and it's my hope to share that joy--one bake at a time.”
