“Hello! This is JJ San Diego has been my home for 14 years. It’s sunny, vibrant, and full of fresh produce. Baking is something I have always been passionate about. In the past few years, I’ve attended baking classes and experimented with bread making. My sourdough starter, “Cloris,” is 10 years old and has produced many delicious loaves. Inspired by my travels to Europe and Japan, and the small bakeries that produce fresh bread in small batches in many of the neighborhoods I explored. So I decided to launch JCubed Bread.
