“Hello 👋🏻 My name is Irina Hili! I am originally from Romania 🇷🇴 and been living in Las Vegas for the past 15 years! I am a mother of 2 amazing children and wife to a hard working husband! 🌾 In summer of 2024 we opened a licensed micro bakery in our home in the heart of Mountains Edge! 🌾 We specialize in all Organic Sourdough Breads and treats! We also make small batches of jams with seasonal local fruits sourced from Gilcrease Orchard and other farmers from California, Utah and Arizona! 🌾 From the heart of our kitchen to your table, handcrafted with love! 🌾All sourdough items are cold fermented for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours to ensure we are getting the best health benefits that come with sourdough, naturally lower in gluten, sugars and easier to digest! 🌾 Our goal is to ultimately open a brick and mortar that will serve our beautiful community of Las Vegas, meanwhile you can purchase our products at Farmers Markets, by placing a pre order on hotplate for Porch pick up on Wednesday and Saturdays! 🌾 Follow us along on our Sourdough journey on IG ❤️ Thank you for checking us out!”
