“We are a licensed home-based sourdough microbakery in Sioux City, Iowa serving small-batch, long fermented artisan sourdough breads and baked goods since 2023. While we are not organic certified, we use organic flour in all our bakes and we love incorporating organic, high quality ingredients in our baked goods. Everything we bake is naturally leavened with our sourdough starter, and we NEVER use commercial yeast!”
