“Hi, I’m Oshri 👋 I started baking sourdough as a way to bring simple, nourishing food to my family and friends. I love bread. For years, I deeply missed the European and Mediterranean loaves I grew up eating. The kind with character, texture, and flavor. Not the sad supermarket kind pretending to be bread. What began as a small personal mission to recreate those tastes slowly became a daily ritual. Caring for my starter, experimenting with different flours, and learning to trust the process of slow fermentation. Bread taught me patience before I was ready to learn it. After a life-changing event, this quiet passion took on a life of its own. Baking became grounding, healing, and ultimately something I wanted to share beyond my own table. EeMa Bakery grew from that place. A love of honest high-quality ingredients, time-honored methods, and bread that feels like home. Everything I make is thoughtfully crafted, naturally leavened, and baked with care. I’m grateful you’re here and even more grateful to share my bread with you.”
