My classic sourdough loaf is made with just three ingredients—organic wheat flour, water, and salt—without additives or preservatives found in store-bought bread. Each loaf is naturally fermented for 48 hours with no commercial yeast, for better flavor, easier digestion, and more nutrients. For a sweet treat, you’ve got to try my sourdough chocolate chip cookies (vegan version available!). They’re long-fermented for maximum flavor, crispy around the edges, soft and chewy in the center, and finished with a touch of sea salt.
