We are a certified home-based New Mexico Cottage Food Operation, located in NE Albuquerque and specialize in German, Austrian, Swiss, and South Tyrol baked goods as seen in nowadays bakeries. We originated from the beautiful Lake of Constance (Bodensee) area, the sunny Southwestern German State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, then relocated to the Washington DC Metropolitan area to now the Land of Enchantment! Like many Germans or German Speakers, we missed the variety and delightful, specific taste of authentic German and German bordering country's rolls (Broetchen), breads (Brote) and other baked goods when moving to the US in 1991. Did you know that Germany alone has over 3000 bread and pastry varieties? So, we decided to bring what we so missed from our first home to our second home, here in Albuquerque.”
