“Where are you located? Dana’s Dough is a home-based micro-bakery in South Florida in the Fort Lauderdale area. For privacy and safety reasons, the exact address is shared only after order confirmation. Do you have a storefront? No storefront (yet!). All orders are made in my home kitchen and are available for scheduled pickup. I also make local deliveries for people in my immediate neighborhood. Are you licensed? Dana’s Dough operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law, which allows certain foods to be prepared in a home kitchen and sold directly to consumers without a commercial license. As required by Florida law: Products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. What do you bake? Small-batch artisan sourdough loaves are the foundation of Dana’s Dough. I also release occasional pastry drops and seasonal specialty items. Availability may vary week to week.”
