“After many years of spending time in the kitchen cooking for my family I decided to focus on pizza. Believe it or not, making pizza dough brought me to where I am today,making delicious, gut healthy sourdough breads. For the last 24 months I have been working on perfecting my craft. As time has past each loaf has become better. I am thrilled to be sharing my story and my delicious healthy sourdough breads with you. Thanks for visiting my website and please contact me with any questions. **** FYI... I am a cottage baker and work out of my beautifully renovated kitchen in Boynton Beach.
