“I created Chalk to Flour from my two passions; fitness and food. College volleyball player turned CrossFit coach turned weight lifter turned marathon runner. You never know if I'm covered in chalk or flour. My journey with fitness has always been accompanied by good fueling food. And sweets. I believe that life is all about balance and I preach you should never sacrifice your sweet tooth because sometimes it is just what your body, mind and soul need. What I learned from both baking and sports throughout the years is that they are best enjoyed with those you love.”
