“We used to buy regular cheesecakes. Then we started getting into the light and airy Japanese cheesecakes. NOW it’s time for basque burnt cheesecakes. It's a speciality dessert from the Basque region of Spain. This caramelized the outer layer while the center stays light and creamy. Cakeland offers 5 different flavors! Feel free to mix and match your order.”
