“Hi, I’m Echo—owner + baker at Bloom + Crumb. This is a small-batch gluten-free sourdough bakery based in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. I’m passionate about creating bread that’s naturally leavened, thoughtfully made, and truly delicious—without the gluten. 🌾 New items are added to the menu from time to time, so there’s always something fun (and yummy) to look forward to. 🛒 Orders open every Sunday at 12 PM and close on Tuesdays at 12 PM. 📍 Pick-up is in Sunriver, with future pick-ups planned for Bend as well!
