We've dedicated ourselves to making REAL Artisanal GF breads and pastries that even folks who are able to eat gluten will absolutely love. All of our artisanal sourdough loaves are handmade with wildcrafted yeast from our fermented sourdough starter and have that San Francisco flavor you miss. Each of our breads and pastries have specially formulated gluten free flour mixtures that we've formulated to get it just right. No 1 to 1. No synthetic shortcuts. We only use real, wholesome, and organic ingredients. And include local produce whenever possible!”
