“Baking is healing. I have enjoyed watching cooking and baking shows since I was a kid. When I finally took the chance to try making a sourdough starter, I had basically no clue what I was doing. I have recipe tested and baked my way here today. The limit to what can be made with a sourdough starter, simply doesn't exist! I find peace in baking and happiness in others enjoying my baked goods. So, I am excited to start this next chapter in officially bringing Baldo's Bakery to life!”
