Baked in the Hills is a Lakeland Hills–based home bakery specializing in small-batch, sourdough and baked treats made fresh for our local community. We focus on made-from-scratch baking using simple ingredients. Just seriously good bread and treats you can enjoy the same day. Everything is baked locally, in small batches, and offered through neighborhood pop-ups, and online pre-orders for easy pickup. It’s artisan-quality baking with a hometown feel. Fresh, honest, and made to be shared.
