“Hi, I’m Jon Wych — the baker behind Wyched Kitchen. My son Hudson has celiac, and like a lot of families navigating gluten-free life, we learned quickly that most options out there just don’t hit the mark. I’ve always loved cooking for people, and once I figured out how to make gluten-free food that actually tastes good, it became something bigger. Everything I sell is something I confidently serve at my own table. If it’s not good enough for my family, it’s not leaving my kitchen. Wyched Kitchen is a small, licensed cottage bakery in Minooka, IL, focused on small-batch gluten-free bagels made with care. My goal isn’t just “good for gluten-free.” It’s just good — period.
