In our words
Wintergarten Bakehouse makes small-batch baked goods on Highway H in Sullivan, Missouri. Our food is gluten-free and made without mammalian meat, dairy, gelatin, tallow, or rendered mammal fat. We use real eggs and publish the ingredients, allergens, and cross-contact practices behind what we bake.
