“My name is Charlie-Paige! I have been baking sourdough bread for around 3 years now. I started my sourdough journey because I was avoiding gluten at the time and wanted to see how my body reacted to fermented grains. The difference for me and other family members was enormous and we were so excited to be able to enjoy real bread and baked goods again! I am passionate about providing baked goods that are easier digested and enjoyed by even sensitive bellies. I use all organic ingredients in my products so you can always trust that standard and that if I wouldn’t want to feed it to my family— I’m not feeding it to you either. Here you will consistently find an artisan sourdough loaf, sourdough pizza dough, and sourdough cookie dough. Every month I will have a seasonal flavor of the artisan loaf as well as some fun baked goods sprinkled in as specials.
