“Welcome to Whisk Kraft! My name is Becky Dunteman, and I am the proud owner of this unique business that combines the art of baking with a touch of magic. Whisk Kraft gets its name from the enchanting experience people have when they taste my food. They often say that my creations are so good, it feels like magic! My journey into the world of baking started over a year ago when I received a 30-year-old dehydrated sourdough starter. Little did I know that this small gift would ignite a passion within me and take me on an incredible adventure. I fell in love with the calming nature of breadmaking, finding it to be a truly healing experience for me. At Whisk Kraft, I specialize in baking a variety of sourdough treats. From mouthwatering loaves to tasty bagels, rolls, pizzas, and more, I pour my heart and soul into creating these delicious goodies. Each bite is a testament to the love and care I put into every step of the baking process. But my passion for food doesn't stop at baking. I also enjoy cooking for my family and loved ones. Cooking allows me to explore new flavors and experiment with different ingredients, bringing joy to those around me. Outside of the kitchen, I find solace in gardening and my chickens! There's something incredibly fulfilling about nurturing plants and animals and witnessing their growth and beauty. It's a reminder of the wonders of nature and inspires me to infuse that same sense of wonder into my baking. In addition to my culinary pursuits, I am a full-time hairstylist. This artistic flair and attention to detail are evident not only in my baked goods but also in the overall experience I strive to create for my customers.
