After years of baking “just for fun,” one cookie accidentally developed a cult following (thanks Tiktok) and forced me into this journey against my will (kind of). Now I spend my time creating small-batch cookies that feel a little nostalgic, a little elevated, and a little bit like texting your ex after two espresso martinis.
