“My name is Erica and I am the owner/operator of "The Cupcake Lady". I developed my passion for baking just a few short years ago while working on my Master's Degree. I took the Wilton Method courses for cake decorating and thoroughly enjoyed it. I began baking for family and friends and the business just blossomed from there. I have been baking and decorating for several years and I hope to bake for many years to come.”
