“Hi! I'm Boerne bread lady ♥️ I bake fresh, organic sourdough bread and other yummy organic sourdough treats. I long-ferment all of my baked items to reduce the gluten and glycemic content as much as possible which makes digestion much easier. I always source the highest quality organic ingredients for everything I bake, including using eggs from my own chickens who enjoy a grain and soy free organic diet! :)”
