“Home microbakery established in February 2024 serving the Lakeville, Minnesota and surrounding area. Offering naturally leavened sourdough bread, scones, focaccia, cookies and more. Bread is pre-ordered and available for "grab and go" pickup at our front porch or other meet ups such as co-op, dance, sporting events, field trips, etc. All bread products are handmade in small batches using quality ingredients. Each loaf is fermented a minimum of 24 hours using wild yeast sourdough culture (starter). No preservatives are used. The fermentation process of yeast and bacteria predigest the starches and break down the gluten protein, making the bread highly digestible.”
