“Hi, I’m Summer & I live on Summerhouse Drive in North Plainfield. SummerHouse Sourdough is a permitted sourdough microbakery through Will County. I bake with only all organic grains, premium ingredients such as EnjoyLife Chocolate Chips, pasture raised eggs & organic whenever possible. When I’m not creating something delicious to eat, I am raising 2 daughters, 2 dogs, 1 cat & 1 husband. I’ve also had professional pastry training in Paris & have done quite a few fun cake decorating classes. I love to top my sourdough bread with heirloom tomatoes & chimichurri.
