Over the years, I’ve cooked in professional kitchens, run my own café, and now I’m pouring all that experience into small-batch Scandinavian pastries and breads made with organic, non-GMO, local ingredients. For me, “small” doesn’t mean less — it means intentional. Every batch is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand. Every recipe is tested until it’s just right. And every customer is treated like a neighbor.”
