“Hi, I’m Courtney — wife, Mom of 3 and the heart behind Simply Sourdough. I am a local baker serving Monmouth County, NJ. My journey into baking started with a simple goal: to feed my family the cleanest, most wholesome foods possible. I focus specifically on organic sourdough breads, bagels and cookies. Not only is sourdough full of health benefits, but also fresh, crusty, and bursting with flavor. I’m proud to bake with only clean and purposeful ingredients - and now I’m excited to share that love and care with you and your family. Once a week I will host a “Pop Up Shop” where you can order ahead to guarantee your items. Ordering will open on Thursdays for Friday porch pick up or delivery.
