In an age where toxins are everywhere, it's important to me to create food items for my family and customers that are free of those harmful chemicals and additives. I use organic products for 95% of my ingredients unless I know the country and source of the product and have vetted them myself. I have tested all my recipes to ensure these items are 1000% worth every bite! Baking has always brought me so much joy, and having a way to spread that feeling to others has been so rewarding.
