“Welcome! My name is Rebecca and I am a state approved micro-bakery in the Raleigh, NC area. I sell organic small-batch sourdough bread as well as other baked goods. I use high quality ingredients like organic flour, grass fed butter, and pasture raised eggs. The brown butter chocolate chip cookies are a personal favorite of mine.
