Here at Oma’s Sourdough, I handcraft, slow ferment, and bake fresh each batch of organic sourdough breads, focaccias, bagels, English muffins, pizza crusts, scones, etc. using organic grains, simple ingredients, and a naturally fermented organic sourdough starter—no commercial yeast, no preservatives, just real food made with good old-fashioned time, care, and a whole lot of love.
