“Small-batch sourdough bakery in High River, Alberta - specializing in gourmet cinnamon buns, handcrafted pastries, and artisan breads. We use only certified organic flour and spray-free grain. 100% seed-oil free. HOW IT WORKS Our Location: We operate as a pop up bakery every Saturday out of the Art and Soul Gallery - a historic heritage home in the heart of High River. Find us at 120 6th Ave SW from 10am - 3pm on Saturdays. *PLEASE NOTE: During the farmer’s market season, our location may change to accommodate different venues we serve.
