“I'm Bleixen- a local baker based out of Milford, CT. Specialized in sourdough and gluten free sourdough. My curiosity in the kitchen started off at a very young age- which grew my love for gardening and baking. The whole nine yards of cooking from scratch. I have two young children who love mamas baking goods- they are my #1 fans and the reason why I try to provide the healthiest options possible for them and my customers.
