“Louie’s Loaves is a home-based cottage bakery that started a little over a year and a half ago. I was praying for a new hobby that would help me slow down and teach me patience. Well, lo and behold, I came across sourdough, and it has done exactly what I prayed for because it certainly requires patience. I love bringing joy to my community with fresh, homemade bread. I enjoy meeting new faces every week at the farmers’ market and am fascinated by all the creative things my customers make with my bread. An added bonus is getting to spend my Saturday mornings with my son, Louie, after whom I named the bakery!
