“Baking has always been a part of my life, thanks to my mom, Diane — one of the very best cooks I know. What started as a hobby — baking for friends and family— has turned into something I’m truly excited to share with my ORC community. This past summer, I trained at Rise Baking Labs in British Columbia under two incredible Artisan Bread and Viennoiserie specialists. That experience challenged me both creatively and technically — and helped me bring even more love (and layers!) to everything I bake. To me, bread making is a lost art — one worth preserving.”
