βBaking has always been a part of my life, thanks to my mom, Diane β one of the very best cooks I know. What started as a hobby β baking for friends and familyβ has turned into something Iβm truly excited to share with my ORC community. This past summer, I trained at Rise Baking Labs in British Columbia under two incredible Artisan Bread and Viennoiserie specialists. That experience challenged me both creatively and technically β and helped me bring even more love (and layers!) to everything I bake. To me, bread making is a lost art β one worth preserving.β
