ABOUT KATRINA: My home bakery was inspired by my amazing, wonderful, creative, supportive, best Mom everrrr, “Mama Bear”! With her encouragement, I started this bakery while caring for my warrior husband, Steven, who battles the horrible disease of end-stage liver disease (ESLD). Since Steven is now bedridden from the constant pain and frailty caused by ESLD, this Home Bakery allows me to stay home and work while also caring for him.
